Why not Resources |
Hi, This past summer,
an accounting teacher at UAM passed away (Mr. Richard Wallace). He had a
profound influence not only on me but quite a few accounting students who
attended UAM throughout the years. Might I suggest someone write an article
regarding his many years of service at UAM, interviewing some of his many
students. I think it would be a fit tribute to a man who gave so much to the
school. Adviser's note: Normally we try to cover current events, but we can definitely run tributes in the Reader's Forum. You will find an article about Wallace in the UAM Magazine, published by the Alumni Association. Need a challenge? The Voice seeks reporters, sports reporters, photographers, outdoor writers, commentators, editorial cartoonists, artists and layout personnel on the Monticello, Crossett and McGehee campuses. Don't have time to commit? The Voice also accepts submissions from contributors, including alumnus. Articles should cover events of interest to the UAM and Southeast Arkansas community. They will be edited for style and accuracy.
