    If you ever wanted to start reading a good book series, I would recommend the "Gossip Girl" series by Cecily von Ziegesar.

   There are eight books in the series so far, including "Gossip Girl," "You Know You Love Me," "All I Want is Everything," "Because I'm Worth It," "I Like It Like That," "You're The One That I Want," "Nobody Does It Better" and the latest, "Nothing Can Keep Us Together."

   The next book, "Only In Your Dreams," will be out this May.

   The "Gossip Girl" series focuses around privileged teenagers of the upper class in New York City, N.Y. The main characters of the books are Blair, Serena, Nate, Dan, Jenny and Vanessa.

   The format of the books is different from the average book. Before each chapter, there's a column about things going on around New York City which have been sighted by an anonymous source, gossip girl. So far, the identity of gossip girl has not been revealed.

   In the latest book, "Nothing Can Keep Us Together," the seniors get ready to graduate from their elite private high schools. At the end of the last book, "Nobody Does It Better," Blair caught Nate and Serena kissing in the shower. In the past books, every time Blair and Nate break up, she always takes him back, but not this time.

   Blair is out for revenge, and she's determined to break Nate's heart while ignoring her lifelong best friend, Serena. Vanessa keeps busy going back and forth between her old love, Dan, and her new boyfriend, Aaron.

   While the seniors are worrying about college next year, Jenny worries about what boarding school she will attend. After being kicked out of Constance Billiard, the private school all the wealthy girls attend on the upper-eastside of New York City, Jenny has to find a boarding school to attend for next year.   

  Will Blair get her revenge against Nate? Are Nate and Serena a couple now? Will Vanessa go back to Dan or stay with Aaron? Will Jenny get into boarding school or is she headed for a public high school? Read "Nothing Can Keep Us Together" to find out.
