Germany, now the greatest country in the world.

A Bavarian beer maker has brewed the world’s strongest beer, coming in at a staggering 25.4 percent alcohol content. Personally, I think this ranks up there with the moon landing.

Soylent Rouge is people!

In perhaps the strangest cosmetic story since botox, a Chinese company is using the skin of dead prisoners to develop beauty aids. This is the creepiest story ever. Ever.

Bruce Lee brings people together.

In the war torn city of Sarajevo, Muslims, Serbs and Croatians can all agree on one thing: Bruce Lee is the man. Town officials are casting a bronze statue of the martial arts master in order to promote justice and honesty. Why can’t we ever do anything this cool?

Rock & Doom.

Former World Wrestling Entertainment champ Dwayne Johnson aka "the Rock" will star in a movie based on the hit video game Doom. Considering Hollywood’s track record with movies based on games, look for The Rock to be panhandling or at the very least body slamming for food.

Rent of the Week

"Ong Bak" (2003). Director Prachya Pinkaew delivers one of the best martial arts experiences ever. Tony Jaa stars as Ting, a young fighter who must get the head of a statue back for his village. The entire movie is done without wirework or CG graphics. The R-rated film is fast paced, funny and extremely entertaining.
