   Although the world's ugliest dog was without a doubt the most hideous thing ever created by God (besides Paris Hilton), Sam was an Internet phenomenon. Heaven has one more angle, and he is hairless with crooked teeth. Strangely, I’ve heard more about this dog dying than Karate Kid star Pat Morita.

A committee will advise Pope Benedict to do away with the teaching. The late Pope John Paul II favored the ending of the teaching and was working on getting rid of it before his death.
