Student Presents Senior Trumpet Recital

Theodus Luckett III

   Theodus Luckett III of Pine Bluff presented his senior trumpet recital at the University of Arkansas at Monticello on Aug. 2 in the Harris Recital Hall of the Music building.

    Luckett performed compositions by Haspiel, Corelli, Haddad, J.S. Bach and Hue. He is a student of UAM brass instructor David Koskoski and was accompanied on piano by Dr. Paul Becker. Luckett is also a baritone student of Bankie Holley.

   Luckett is a member of the UAM concert choir as well as the marching, concert and jazz bands. He was selected for membership in the Arkansas Intercollegiate Band and is a member of Phi Kappa Lambda national music honor society, Kappa Kappa Psi national honorary band fraternity and Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.
