Weevil Wildcard Day set for Oct. 30

   High school seniors from throughout southeast Arkansas will get a taste of college life and enjoy homecoming activities at the University of Arkansas at Monticello Oct. 30 as part of Weevil Wildcard Day.

   Hosted by UAM’s Office of Admissions, the event provides information to high schools students about admissions, scholarships, financial aid, residence life and academic advising. Faculty will be available to answer questions, and students will be given campus tours, including visits to residence halls.

   High school seniors must check in at 10:30 a.m. in the Fine Arts Center. Students should call the Office of Admissions at 1-800-844-1826 to reserve space at the event.
