Sigma Sigma Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta came together as a team and received first place out of the sororities, while Alpha Sigma Tau came in second place.

Next the Greeks challenged each other in a tug-of-war contest.  Tau Kappa Epsilon managed to take out all the fraternities and win first place, while Sigma Tau Gamma received a close second.  Alpha Sigma Tau brought down the sororities and took home first place, while Sigma Sigma Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta came in second place.

The University of Arkansas-Monticello’s lady Greeks started out Tuesday with a Songfest.  Each sorority performed a skit or song competing against each other.  Alpha Sigma Alpha received first place while Sigma Sigma Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta came in second place.

During the volleyball competition, Alpha Sigma Alpha came in first place while Sigma Sigma Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta came in second.

The Greek men competed in basketball Tuesday and Kappa Alpha Psi came in first place. Phi Beta Sigma came in second.

The flag football winners Wednesday included the Q-Dogs in first place and Kappa Alpha Psi in second place.  In the Greek women competition Alpha Sigma Alpha took first place and Sigma Sigma Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta took second place.

The step show took place Thursday.  The winner included in first place the Q-Dogs and in second place Kappa Alpha Psi.

The overall Greek Week winners included Kappa Alpha Psi and Sigma Sigma Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta.  The winners will receive their awards Wednesday, March 30, at the Greek Week dinner in the Gibson University Center Capitol Room at 6:30 p.m.
