successfully completing the Heavy Equipment program
will:

Demonstrate the safe, efficient operation of
conventional heavy equipment at the basic level
according to National Center for Construction
Education and Research (NCCER) standards.

certification from the National Center for
Construction Education and Research.

Perform appropriately the skills necessary to
obtain employment in the field of Heavy

(Non-Credit Classes)
The Heavy Equipment Operator Upgrade Courses
are designed to meet the needs of current operators with
opportunities for upgrade in specific areas or machines in the
fast-growing, high tech world of heavy equipment operation.
These non-credit classes may be set up as short term training
sessions by the employer at their facility or at SEACBEC in
