Agriculture Technology

The Agriculture Technology Program teaches students the necessary occupational skills vital to personal interaction and employment operations. It trains prospective farm managers and owners in agriculture production management methods.  A student completing the program should work as an apprentice with a successful farm manager in order to be competent as a farm manager and/or farm owner.

We have two options in the Agriculture Department:

  1. Agriculture Technology Technical Certificate, courses listed below.
  2. Associate of Applied Science in Agriculture Production Management, additional requirements listed below.

Scholarship Available: The full-tuition Jimmy Lee Buford Memorial Scholarship is available for qualified students that apply. Contact the Agriculture Technology instructors for more information.
