The UAM Financial Aid Office is pleased to offer these forms to you on-line. You will need to click on the form you need, print it, and mail to UAM Financial Aid, P. O. Box 3470, Monticello, AR 71656. Summer 2012 Financial Aid To apply for financial aid for
Summer 2012, complete the summer application below and
return it to the UAM Financial Aid Office. Forms
will be processed after summer pre-registration ends.
Students must be fully admitted and enrolled in a degree
program before aid for summer will be awarded.
Please be aware that not all students will have aid
eligibility remaining for summer. Summer 2012 will
be considered a part of the 2011-12 academic year and
the 2011-12 FAFSA will be used to determine eligibility.
The priority deadline to apply for summer aid is May 1,
2012.
