Course Contract

"You must want to do this and be willing to spend the time it takes to develop your (talent and knowledge). But the choice is yours." - Ann Woodworth, Northwestern

The policies mentioned in the General Class Policies and in your class syllabus represent a contract between you and Dr. Sitton. By accepting this syllabus, you indicate you understand his general class policies and the consequences of failing to abide by those policies. More importantly, signing this document indicates you understand the Academic Honesty Policy, the Attendance Policy and the Missed Assignments Policy.

The decision to take this class is a decision to attend the class every time it meets. My decision to teach the class includes a commitment to offer sessions worth attending; if I'm not doing that, please let me know. If you're serious about taking this course, sign this page and bring it to the next class, where we'll discuss any questions you have.

I, ___________________________________, read and understand both the general class policies and my course syllabus for ______________________________________.

I intend to participate and learn in this course. I will succeed. :)

"It doesn't matter what I say in class because the only way you will ever learn is to read and think." - Ralph Lynn
