How to subscribe:

1.    Sign on to your UAM email account

2.    Address a message to: LISTSERV@VUAM-LIST.UAMONT.EDU

3.    Leave the subject line blank

4.    In the message area type the following message:

subscribe geology yourfirstname yourlastname

5.    Delete any signature lines, if possible

6.    Send the message

7.    After a period of time, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your request to subscribe to the list

8.    To confirm the execution of your command, simply reply to the message and type "ok" (without the quotes) as the  text of your message

9.    You will then receive a message confirming your subscription to the GEOLOGY List
