How to subscribe:

1.    Log on to your email account

2.    Address a message to: LISTSERV@VUAM-LIST.UAMONT.EDU

3.    Leave the subject line blank

4.    In the message area type the following message:

subscribe earth yourfirstname yourlastname

5.    Delete any signature lines, if present

6.    Send the message

7.    After a period of time, you will receive a welcome message that will ask you to reply with an OK message.

8.    To confirm the execution of your command, simply reply to the message and type "ok" (without the quotes) as the  text of your message

9.    You will then receive a message confirming your subscription to the EARTH List
