Systems.
Mission
The mission of the School of Computer Information Systems is to support the mission of the
University of Arkansas at Monticello by focusing on the undergraduate educational needs of
computer information system students in southeast Arkansas and the region. The Bachelor of
Science degree in Computer Information Systems is designed to prepare students to assume
dynamic roles as analysts and designers who will provide the professional insight required for
building the information systems of the future.
