Webinars are held in LTC room 203

Terms and Conditions

Allow a minimum of 48 hrs notice during regular business hours of M-F 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  for all equipment setups. 

All equipment will be set up and removed by Academic Computing staff.  Equipment is for on campus use only.  Equipment is not available for check out during weekends or Holidays.

If presentation equipment is needed during the weekend or a holiday, we recommend scheduling Library conference room A or one of our many other technology enhanced classrooms.  Call 870 460 1663 if you need these types of accommodations.

All University regulations apply as stated in the UAM Handbook. Damages to or loss of equipment will be billed to Department or/ Organization.

In addition to filling out this form, we strongly suggest you meet with someone from our staff prior to your event to ensure that all your needs will be met.

You will receive an email confirmation of your request prior to your event.  Filling out this form does not guarantee that the equipment will be available for your event.
